Brown worked as a professional basketball player for over 13 years, playing for organizations based in 19 different cities and in six different countries. As a professional, he won two Spanish league championships and two league scoring titles, and finished his career as a top 10 scorer in the history of Spanish LEB Gold. His amateur accolades include 1998 First Team Philadelphia All Big 5, a 1996 Big East Championship, 1995 Pennsylvania State Player of the Year, and 1993 PIAA Class AAA State Championship.
Howard’s passion for giving back are found in his philanthropic and other endeavors. In 2000, Howard founded Live the Dream Foundation, a 501(3)c not-for-profit organization to provide educational programs and financial support for college-bound student-athletes.
He is a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business at the University of London External Programmes.
Michael’s passion for civic and community causes are illuminated in his board service including his membership on the board of Eastern National, a cooperative organization with the National Parks and his former service on the boards of the Philadelphia Parks Alliance, Friends Hospital, the Downtown Club of Pikes Peak Colorado and the Urban League of Philadelphia. Michael also served as Pennsylvania Commissioner appointed by Governor Rendell on the Governors Advisory Council for African American Affairs and was named by the United States Presidents Council for the Next Generation Leaders. Michael was awarded the Young Executive of the Year by the Philadelphia Pyramid Club and has been honored as a top litigator and appellate advocate during his years in law school.
In addition to earning a Juris Doctorate, Michael holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Miami, Florida.
Victoria has extensive experience working with athletes and Clubs across the globe including Iceland, Amsterdam, Germany, Italy, Puerto Rico & the Czech Republic.
At iBall, Victoria is the lead in all aspects of client services from the day-to-day personal and professional needs of all clients to transitioning from college to professional sports. Victoria will also handle the logistics of pre-draft training and the transition through the draft. In addition, as a licensed Realtor she will also assist with the process of each client getting settled in their new city.
Victoria also plays an integral role in coordinating marketing opportunities and the promotional commitments associated with spokesperson deals and trading card signings. As an important aspect of the iBall philosophy Victoria will play a lead role in coordinating our players’ efforts to give back to their communities through charitable programs.
Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University and currently resides in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

In 2013, Michael was selected as one of the Top 100 Litigation Lawyers in America by Best Lawyers, the U.S. legal profession’s oldest peer-review publication. He has received an AV rating, the highest possible rating, from Martindale-Hubbell as well as being named one of their Top Rated Lawyers in Medical Malpractice Law for 2014. Mr. Barrett graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a J.D. law degree from the Villanova University School of Law.
Mr. Greenberg currently leads Comcast’s engagement marketing efforts for its 24+ million customer base. Additionally, he manages 3 Circles, a consulting practice he founded to assist small company CEOs achieve profitable business growth through activating new sales and marketing strategies. Bobby joined the iBall Advisory Board in 2014 to lead the marketing team.
Mr. Greenberg earned a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Texas at Austin.
Matt is a US Army veteran serving 4 years as an intelligence analyst mostly in Augsburg, Germany. For the last 21 years, Matt has worked at just about every level of law enforcement including as a member of SWAT.
In 2009, Matt and his partner, Jason Griggs, bought out the inventor of what has turned out to be the most revolutionary piece of strength training equipment ever made – the Maxout Tower. This device is a mechanically driven, computer controlled, counter-weight system that attaches to existing, commercially made strength training equipment. When employed, it provides a precise, measured amount of lifting assistance to the user on every repetition.
In 2010, Matt and Jason partnered with Mike Barwis , a world class strength and conditioning expert and founder of Barwis Methods. The new Maxout team took the original invention and created the Barwis Methods Maxout Tower. This device is now used not only in the training of athletes, but also in the rehabilitation of people with spinal injuries or neurological diseases. Mike Barwis is currently the star of the reality TV Show, American Muscle on the Discovery Channel and the Barwis Methods Maxout Tower is featured on the show. Within the Maxout portfolio is Maxout Strength Systems, LLC (manufacturing/tower sales) and Maxout Domestic Franchising, LLC (Franchise Company that sells boutique strength studios featuring the Barwis Methods Maxout Tower technology with training protocols authored by Mike Barwis.)
Belin joined the iball advisory board in 2014 and assists in financial planning. Belin earned his bachelor’s degree in History with honors at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles, California.
Prior to his professional career, Mr. Robertson spent five years competitively racing formula cars.
